Random NPFL CONVERSATION: Starting from Unruly Behavior from Remo stars Recent Home Match.

Good decision ... but as much as I am very much against violence of any form, is the decision of the referee to rule out Remo's goal correct? If not, the referee should be punished too!

Sir,Naija football its so pathetic..Remo stars fans got it wrong, they should have protested in a legitimate way instead stoning him. Think since LMC saw the injury sustained by the referee they care less about punishing him

Okay... but how will LMC correct or stop bad refereeing?

That's an issue no one refused to address..

I beg to disagree that they have refused to address it. First LMC doesn’t appoint Referee. And we can knock NRA that trains Referee and the appointment committee that pick referee for matches, but these guys are doing a yeoman job behind the scene.

They are dealing hard with issue of incompetency and bribery, the other part is Harassment/intimidation and this beyond them. One reason some of us want our match venues cleaned up, take the fear(thugs) off. If after this, referees now mess up a game, we can confidently say water he is incompetent or corrupt. The two is even to differentiate.

CAN WE ALL AGREE ON THIS FOR OUR NPFL TO GROW?

I know clubs are facing a lot challenges, let's balance things here.
I have been on the talk of clubs improving the football-on-the-pitch, and consistency in result, but recently, I came to a conclusion that every club wants to play good football, get result "cleanly", but the issues of officiating, intimidation and harassment is affecting greatly.

The effect had made clubs formed (wrong) opinion, mentality and perception, and we are where we are today with our labour is wearing us all.

Urgent Need To Improve The Quality Of Football In Nigeria League

I am still looking for a NPFL club that will embrace SCIENTIFIC-FOOTBALL-SYSTEMS 100% or even club administrators/managers that will invest in this.

Not only in evaluation but from recruitment, training and management of players and even technical crews.

That will solve virtually all the problems of these NPFL players, raging from Mental-alertness, Fitness, tactical-discipline et al.

Many have raised the issue of welfare, but as valid as it is, how will a club be sustained if its not generating revenue by itself? And if a club will generate revenue, a lot must be put in place, most especially the quality-of-football the club plays.

COACH FIDELIS ILECHUKWU, PLEASE BEWARE OF WOLVES IN SHEEP CLOTHING

My candid advice to MFM coach, Ilechukwu, My brother, beware of "wolves in sheep clothing". Bible said it.
Proverb 1:10, Colossians 2:4 and Romans 16:18 are very succinct on this.

There is no "prosperous" club in Nigeria league yet. (Bar Ifeanyi Ubah with his own attendant pressure which you obviously cannot cope).

We only have "olosho" Clubs who will promise you heaven & earth without even having a dime to pay, only to just use and dump.

NIGERIA SPORT JOURNALISTS, PLEASE STEP UP YOUR GAME

I have read a whole lot from Sport Journalist about the problem in Nigeria football.

Sadly only few come up with solutions, and sometimes these solutions are either not reasonable or too bogus to implement.

All what we read are problems, slanderous accusations, and what a view.

We often hear/read of how corrupt the football body, the club management are, but none of these journalists (in recent times) have taken the bull-by-the-horn, to investigate and bring out a prosecutorial-hard-evidences.

Personally I'm expecting investigative journalist to step things up.
